My first thought when trying this coffee was: Wow, it is incredibly drinkable – it’s one of those coffees that makes you immediately want that second cup. A bright, citric acidity quickly fades into a rich caramel mouthfeel, followed by a cake like sweetness.

This coffee is grown by a group of small holder farmers, nestled in the mountainous region of Dipilto. Higher elevations, combined with rainforest climates, create the perfect conditions for fantastic coffees. Once the coffee cherries are harvested, they are floated in small tanks then pulped and dried on a combination of raised beds and small patios.
