This Grade-1 Ethiopian Guji is washed processed. But unlike the typical washed-processed Ethiopians that are sweet and fruity, this Guji is more balanced and understated, with tasting notes of honeysuckle and jasmine tea. Smallholder grown and centrally washed in Wonberta Uraga, this is a can’t-miss single origin with longstanding and traditional roots that date back several centuries!
