Situated in the high hills of Costa Rica’s West Valley Region within an award-winning coffee farm called Sumava are two slopes, Monte Lourdes and Monte Llano Bonitio, with six plots and nine plots respectively. The natural processing method used by Sumava Farm in conjunction with the soil / weather conditions, the direction / angle of the hill, and many other factors. This creates notes of cherry and chocolate, delicious for dedicated coffee aficionados and casual drinkers alike!
Sumava Farm truly cares for its workers, and prides itself on minimizing its use of pesticides by utilizing minerals and micro organisms from natural origins instead.
